    I emailed Bauer about this and they have come back with the following

    It states clearly in the Terms and Conditions which geographical areas can enter the Summer Cash Drop competitions.

     

    Cash Drop UK states:

     

     

    Cash Drop for the Scotland radio stations states:

     

     So the terms and conditions for the Scottish competition have been changed since yesterday although you can see the person sending the email to me did not mention the change.

    I wonder what would happen if anyone who entered yesterday before they amended their terms and conditions won as technically they have followed t&cs of living in the UK

    I wouldn't like that phone call and lose out, however, you might have a good chance of arguing the point. Who knows how they would go.
