EasyJet refunds and vouchers

Hi, we were booked to fly on 31st May, but due to Covid19 our flight was cancelled. Sent email requesting date change and in the end took the voucher option. We have not received voucher, it is supposed to be sent within 28days, it’s now mid July. Tried phoning EasyJet, no answer. We have now booked and paid again to fly in September, and plan to use EasyJet again in May 21, so voucher was the logical approach. Has anyone else not received vouchers from EasyJet. Tried to complain but cannot find details of who to complain to. Help needed.

So after months of trying to change a package holiday with lastminute.com with no success I paid the balance on Monday to find out on Wednesday the flights have been cancelled. Where do I stand on getting a full refund, do I contact my bank and arrange a charge back or wait god knows how long for lastminute to respond and sort this out?0
