Easyjet refund

Easyjet have fully refunded our flight costs (£5000) to Love holidays! It is impossible to contact Love holidays to request our money. They do not have a phone number and do not reply to e-mails. What do I do now to get our money back???

How did you pay?
Keep copies of the e-mails that you have sent and initiate a chargeback if paid by bank card.


Judging by many post on here Love holidays are fast replacing Teletext holidays as a company to avoid doing business with.
