Trying to contact EasyJet by phone about refunds, and flight changes

We are still waiting for refund or vouchers from earlier flights. We also have flights booked for Croatia in September which EasyJet say are running, but we cannot go due to still shielding. Need to get in touch with Easyjet by phone but cannot find a number that gets any response. Please can anyone help with contact numbers that actually work. Thank you.

No airline will care if you are "shielding" in September. It is finished as a thing in August and it is your decision to continue it.

for the flights still operating the options are given on the website - if over 14 days away you can change the flights through manage my booking without change fee (fare difference applies) - under 14 days the change fee would apply also. You should not need to call to do this.
For the flights you are waiting refunds/vouchers for, there is a large Easyjet thread on the covid travel board that should give an indication of current timescales

Thank you. I did go through Manage my booking, and got all the way through 4 flights, two outbound, two return, with overnight stops in both directions, and there were suitable alternative flights to change to. But at the end I get an error message that says it is not possible to complete this change, it is necessary to speak to an agent. Something to that effect. The error message had a ref number and a code. It said I should quote these when speaking to customer services. There was a link to customer services, but it did not connect to anywhere. I tried three times, putting the various flights in a different order each time in case it was the last one I tried to change that was the problem, but the error message at the end was the same each time. So I am stumped. I have read that other people are getting the same error message.
I will have a look at the Easyjet - covid thread, thanks.

Hi again Caz3121  Can you give me a link to this please. I only seem to be able to find replies, not the original thread and there are 168 pages in that forum! Thanks

Update to this. I have tried again to change the flights, doing them one at a time. Three of the four will change, no problem. But the one that is third in the sequence, Bordeaux to LGW causes the error message. A suitable flight shows up 5th June 2021, but when I feed in the details, and choose Bordeaux as departure and LGW as destination, it changes LGW to Ajaccio of all places!  And then it gives me the error message. I do not understand it. So we now have outbound flights IOM-LGW-BOD, and the second half of the return leg LGW-IOM, but no means of getting back from Bordeaux to London. Grrrr!!
I think it might be best to cut my losses and book that single flight separately, rather than try to change the one already booked, which was Pula (Croatia) to LGW, in September.
