    As said before, they can and are charging interest, that will happen until the account is defaulted.

    You need to wait and see what happens to the complaint submitted to the ombudsman. Getting into a panic / stress is not going to change anything.

    You're in a DMP, SC are paying TSB something each month, regardless of whether TSB accept that instalment offer or not.

    It's not nice seeing debts go up and not down, but hang on in there and it will sort itself out.
    Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear it in 2026.

    Hopefully it won't be long and they won't charge interest for the several months. At this point, they charge me right now £398.00 from two bank accounts. £199.00

    Thank you for support.

    Hello guys.
    @MovingForwards @socrates
    I hope you are doing fine and well.
    I would like to send you a short update regarding my overdraft with TSB BANK( 2 Debit cards paying off the same time since June, 2019 with Stepchange)

    The TSB Bank started charged me a intrest again since September 2020 after a year when they didn't accept my repayments with Stepchange after 12 months. I started worked with SP in July, 2019 and I have been paid a month £275.

    I have submitted a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The case is pending with the appropriate person. The complain I submitted was in November, 2020 and is ongoing.

    Since December, 2020, I noticed that TSB Bank wanted to contact me and I got several the same text messages. I do not know why. Is this their normal procedure or is it that I have filed a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service?

    What shall I do? Conatct with the TSB Bank tomorrow?

    Thank you for advice.

    Have a good evening.

    The txt message from the TSB Bank.
    The answer from Financial Ombudsman Service.

    Today letter received from the TSB Bank.

    Well I would assume they want to speak to you in regards to your complaint, I don`t know, it could just be a customer service call, they are all doing that at present.

  • Good afternoon,

    @socrates

    I have spoken with them on phone early today but lady she couldn't tell me much more after security checks.
    She will call me back today.

    In the meantime I checked my Online bank statement and I noticed.
    The TSB Bank pay in to one of my bank account the FEE CAP ADJUSTMENT. But charge me for Debit Interest Unarranged O/D and the same time charge me for Debit Interest Arranged O/D.

    What is a Fee Cap Adjustment?
    Thank you.

    Good afternoon,

    @socrates @MovingForwards

    More than a year and a half has passed and I would like to share with you about my success.

    I have a small amount of two debts left to pay. In the meantime, TSB Bank Plc reduced my overdraft because they miscalculated about £7,500.

    I have filed a complaint to Financial Ombudsman Service and they helped me with the case.

    Please see pictures below.

    Thank you guys for your help and support.
