@sourcrates
Do you think should I send a complaint to the ombudsman first and stop paying the debt from the SC to the TSB banka day later?
Thank you. @sourcrates

It means at some point they will, it might be 3 month, it might be 3 years. There's no set timescales with banks.
There's no harm in stopping SC paying this debt to force the default. But it's whether SC will hold off paying one when they are paying the others.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear it in 2026.1 -
@MovingForwards
I found out this on Internet.
A default can occur regardless of how much money you owe, whether it's a few pounds or a few thousand. It usually happens if you've been missing payments over the course of three to six months, but this can vary depending on the lender's terms.
So, I believe so, the TSB bank will take my debt deafualt between this time 3-6 months. I only guess.0 -

@socrates
Cheers. I uploaded again without my fully name.
I think, I will be waiting next 2 months and I see what happens with TSB bank decision. I will keeping my repayments with SC for next 1 or 2 months and I see what the TSB want to do with my debt. I hoping to get the debt defaulted.0 -
Good evening guys,
@MovingForwards @sourcrates
Yesterday I have sent complain to ombudsman service about how TSB treated me and I asked for the stop paying the interest. I mentioned also the about to keeping repayments with SC. I see what happens now.

They are slow to reply due to the amount of complaints they receive. In the interim keep plugging away at your debt and saving a little bit where you can 😊Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear it in 2026.1

@MovingForwards
Today is second month when TSB takes a monthly intrest from my account.
In 2nd September they only take from one of account bank. Today, 2nd October they take from both now, £199,00 each.
I have still some funds on both accounts.0 -
Open an account, not with any bank related to TSB, have your income paid into the new account and change all the direct debits. While they can access your money they have the right to offset debts.
