Hello everyone,
@MovingForwards
@sourcrates
I hope your well.
This is a letter I've got from TSB week after I spoke with them on phone regarding my DMP and my situation.
Shall I do anything with it now? Do I need to respond and take it further?
Have a good weekend1 -
No, they will look into your complaint, and provide you with a final responce within 8 weeks.

Today I've got this letter from TSB.
Is that means I need still to wait and let SC deal with with it?
Thank you.

@MovingForwards
Thank you for quick response.
I share story with you.
Last year, 2019 I went to TSB Branch in town just after when I finished my duty. I'm working in public transport.
The Branch Manager didn't help me at all. I went into to Bank and ask for helpful and advice with my debt repayments. The other member of staff told me to wait in room and we spoken about it around 10 minutes. I ve got only an telephone number to speak to with TSB Bank and StepChange website. I don't know if they could do something more for me or not?
Anyway the Branch Manager looked at me behind the window like 'Go out and help yourself' Now I noticed, he's using the public transport and I met him few times in my workplace. Which makes me worry.0 -
Due to covid-19 related income changes, creditors are inundated with complaints just now.Its what it says on the tin, they need more time to deal with your complaint, no more, no less, your adding 2 plus 2 and coming up with 5 all the time, just relax and let things take their course.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
