Awful service. Spent 3 days and wasted huge amount of time grappling with an inadequate chat line where agents are simply told to spout legalese (not that it was the agent's fault) and still not confident my account has been cancelled. I have received no email confirmation of cancellation. Impossible to deal with them. Truly the worst customer experience I have had in a long time.

Are you moving your number or just cancelling?
You can cancel on there website don't even have to talk to anyone.
You can also get a pac code by just Text 'PAC' to 65075 and once the pac goes over to the new provider your contract will automatically finnish.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.0 -
It's refreshing to hear about a company with worse customer service than Vodafone.
I too was with a MVNO owned by Carphone Warehouse many years ago. (I forget what they were called then)
