Overcharged online by Virgin Holidays Car Rental

Saturday 11th July I cancelled a rental car I'd booked with Virgin Holidays (via the VH Whatsapp chat) scheduled to be picked up at Orlando International Airport later this month. As I have already re booked a Virgin Holiday for next July 2021 I was offered the opportunity to transfer the booking to this future trip. I was quoted a new total price and agreed trusting the VH representative to have given me the correct price.
Within 30 minutes of having the new booking confirmed I decided to go on the Virgin Holidays web site to check the price (yes, I should have done this before I re booked the car). After inputting all the details the total price was £169 cheaper than I'd been charged on Whatsapp chat !!
I have since checked the price every day and it's still the lower price to the penny.
I have contacted Virgin Holidays again and again and they keep saying their system is quoting the original price they charged me even though I can see £169 cheaper on my laptop. Basically they are now saying that I agreed to that price and they can't do anything about it. Can I pursue this or are they correct ? Thanks
