John Lewis Broadband

I am beginning to regret the switch to JL (aka Plusnet) from Plusnet.
Initially all was going well.  The phone switched over on time and then the problems started.
The broadband move never occurred until I chased it.  Apparently the order had been cancelled, which was new to me.  The broadband came online 11 days late.
Now they have charged me a cancellation charge.  I have highlighted the error on Monday, but the money has still gone from my account today.
I wonder what will be next, disconnection?
Plusnet charged me £45 for a fulll month when the switch was meant to be free
