Moving home - can I terminate Sky contract for free if it doesn't cover new address?

I am currently on Sky's Superfast Contract which is 18 months long. I am moving next month and I'd ideally like to switch to Virgin Media as with 3 adults all working full time from home with lots of video calling I will want reliable speedy internet, however I am loathe to pay for 9+ months of my Sky contract as a cancellation fee. The loophole I have found (I think) is that through checking my new address I wouldn't be able to get Sky Superfast there. Therefore I would not be able to get the minimum speed guaranteed by my contract and I might be able to break it for free under Ofcom rules.
Has anyone had a similar experience with Sky and know what they are likely to say?
Thanks!

Thanks!What they are likely to say is "sorry, we can't supply that address, here's a bill for early termination, bye."https://www.sky.com/shop/__PDF/Sky_Broadband_Talk_UK.pdf - If you change Address: ... Condition 4(b), subsection (ii) If any Product which you are subscribing to is not available at your new Address you may either end this Contract or select another Product that is available there in which case this Contract will continue.Nowhere in condition 10(b) does it say you will not be liable for early exit fees just because you're moving house. You will be. You're not the first to try this and you sure won't be the last.2 -
The contract for service, and therefore the speed, is for your address, not anywhere in the world that you move to after taking the contact out. If there were to release you without penalty, it would be goodwill and not through any contractual obligation on them.0

You contract is for internet to be provided at your current address, the fact you can’t get Sky at your new address is your problem not Sky’s.
You would be in breach of contract if you stopped paying Sky for the remainder of the contract0 -
I would double check your no Sky at new address .

Apologies - new member so can't directly quote because it has a hyperlink in it, but thanks for linking to the contract. I think actually I might be able to get out of it because of 10 (c) (iii)
You can end this Contract without incurring early termination charges during your Minimum Term if:
(iii) Condition 4(b)(ii) applies (you are moving home and the Product you are subscribing to is not available at your new Address);
From plugging my new address in on their website it looks like I can only get Broadband Essential there?

Chances are they can supply service , ADSL if not VDSL, so as others have said, they would either say ‘goodbye, you owe us ETC’ , or ‘we can move your account, start a new minimum term but the speed won’t be what you currently get’, ultimately it’s you breaking the T&C’s by moving before the end of the contract minimum term0
