I am totally shocked by their unprofessional behaviour,  you are lucky that you got a £10 voucher from them. I just want my £80 back! I often buy things using PayPal but unfortunately this time it was by bank card, I could kick myself!!😣

Do a chargeback through your bank. Service not delivered.

My order was made on 30th April and my delivery tracker shows that it arrived at the Hermes depot on 30th June and that's where the tracker has halted and has stayed there ever since. If the Holland and Barrett depot is in Nuneaton near Birmingham why did it take 1 month to arrive at their depot in Warwick! Which is not a million miles away!!.
This has caused me alot of stress.  They have lost MANY MANY people as customers over their unprofessional behaviour and their attitude towards their customers.
