Ukcps "no stopping" fine at Gateway House Piccadilly

Hi 
First time here, I've looked through and read the Newbies thread and got the template for the letter. Just a few questions i need help with please. 
Its so annoying that my husband got fined, he only stopped to drop a passenger off which took a couple of seconds. i've checked on their website( UKCPS) and it asks to send the appeal letter by post. 
Secondly can someone  give me the link or thread link to the most recent letter template to send to these bullies. I am worried if it goes to court how will i deal with that.
I am so stressed out over this. i would have paid it if i didn't come across the forum.

please I will appreciate any advice and help.

Not a fine. Never use that word. 
You also are told to not identify the driver, so ask a board guide to edit your post.

Not parking either, by any definition of the word. Therefore they surely can't use POFA (even if they were capable), and have potentially broken their KADOE agreement with the DVLA which will be for "Parking" events, not stopping for a handful of seconds.
All sorts of mischief to be had.
