Ryanair refunds

Just received confirmation of a flight refund. It is £96 short of the original cost. Am I to assume that this would be the additional costs of hold luggage and priority boarding, and the refund only applies to the flight cost? Ryanair customer service line keeping me on permanent hold as usual, running up my phone bill!!!

Anyone out there had a similar experience? Just trying to ascertain if this is what I'm supposed to expect as a 'full refund'

I believe from other similar posts that they refund for extras is often processed separately.
