I have been having signal issues for several weeks and I have asked continuously about the signal issues and got nothing when I signed up the contract I was promised by the o2 rep that the issue won't happen at all yet and I have showed them proof time and time again and they are blaming me, the sim card the phone masts and told me nothing but lies because when the contract started i had 3 to 4 bars daily a few months later and it's now jumping from 1 to 2 bars of signal using apps on the phone its slow to a dead holt or buffers all the time. I'm on a unlimited data plan and o2 are mistreating a loyal customer of 15 years with them

Is this only in one location ?Is this only with one phone .Have you swapped the sim card .0

I have tried my old phone and the current one and the only area where I can get a full signal is near the phone mast but everywhere else I get 1 to 2 bars off signal and its usually slow. But I do have a replacement on its ways0

I was out to different locations where the phone is in my local area full coverage next to the phone mast but when I tried it in other locations 2bars to 1 bar of signal across the whole town. O2 is sending a replacement sim card but I think it's a network problem0

Network or phone problem .

Two different phones showing the same issues shows it's not the phones it's the network and o2 are blaming the sim not the network because they love passing the blame to its customers0

Test against a couple of different transmitters .
same problem with more than one transmitter ?? = phone or sim .

I can't test on different transmitters as there is limited transport in my area0
