Oh, I really don't have a clue about any of this. Thank you beamerguy and umkomass for pointing this out.
Still unsure what to do, sar or defence template. I will of course complain to Pals in writing this time.

Do you have a claim form? Yes or No
If you have a claim form, then you write a defence.
Either way, you send a SAR to the claimant PARKING COMPANY so you know precisely what they hold on you4 -
What made you think DRP can add £70 for their letter(s) when they DIDN'T collect any money, and DRP operate on a 'no collection, no fee' basis?!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello everyone
Thank you for all your help so far.
I have taken some photos of the cst law letter which I received last Saturday 13 Feb but dated 02 Feb 2021.
Nosferatu1001 and Coupon mad. Thank you.
Is this a claim form ? It looks official but is it something I have to complete? Any help would be appreciated. I have visited the location and taken photos of the small inillegible signs and disabled parking bays . A blue badge holders was using the car and displayed the badges in the marked disabled parking bay.
Having taken the photos I'm not sure how to upload them. The first page is a letter from cst law headed lettera before action. It mentions pre action protocol and pap rules. And gives 30 days to pay or reply . £170.
The following 4 pages are headed reply form it states I have 30 days to complete and return and if I don't it could result in court proceedings. It has section 1 do I owe the debt? Section 2 how will you pay? Section 3 do you intend yo get or are you so already getting debt advice? Section 4 wjat documents are you sending with this form/what information do you need? And then a signature box.
Also have annex 2 standard financial statement which asks for lots of info 're income and outgoings . It's 2 pages long.
Finally annex 1 information sheet which informs me I have received the notice because a business intends to take me to court in relation to a debt. It also talks about seeking debt advice etc.
Does anyone know how to upload the photos if needed?
Please let me know if I need to complete this form and or if it's a claim form.
Thank you and sorry about the length of this post on a Saturday .0 -
Upload photos to a web hosting site such as postimages, tinypic, dropbox, or imgur etcetera, then past the URL here, but change https to hxxps.
One of the regulars will then change it back to a live link.
Even if it is a real LBC, do not fill in any of the forms.
Have you looked at the CST group thread? There may be examples of the letters there for you to compare against yours.
CST letters' forum group thread — MoneySavingExpert Forum
Please don't show us any debt collector letters here, only real court LBCs or LoCs.
Do post your letters on the CST group thread.
If your letter tells you to pay debtrecoveryplus, then it is a debt collector letter and can be ignored. Do not ignore a real LBC or LoC.

Please let me know if I need to complete this form and or if it's a claim form.
Google County Court Claim Form for numerous images.
You don't have to complete a Claim Form. The Claimant does that.3 -
Dear Fruitcake and KeithP
Thank you for your advice. It's invaluable and I really would be lost without it.
I have checked the CST Law link and the letter I've received doesn't seem to be an official claim form. It's a letter from CST Law which also provides the contact number for Debt recovery plus so I can pay them £170.00 . The CST Law thread has advised someone else not to complete it so I will follow the same advice but it has advised the other person to apply for a SAR. So that's what I intend to do asap.
I will not upload the letter here but I will try to post it on the cstlaw thread. I'm not the best at using technology!
I will follow your advice to ignore the letter and thank you for pointing out what and who completes the claim form.
I'm just afraid of missing my opportunity to explain the situation and state my defence as per this sites template. But I will look out for the form - this will be so much easier now that I have an idea of what I'm looking out for.
Again thank you all

If that letter from CST Law is a pucker letter before/of claim then it will be followed by a claim form (N1) from Northampton CCBC and at that point (well a couple of small steps later) you will submit a defence. The process is explained in the NEWBIE sticky.4

Thanks for pointing that out Lekirk .
Makes my stomach turn just reading claim form and defence! 😖0 -
DRP operate on a no collection no fee basis. They only get paid a percentage if you pay up.
