Are they really still using this made up 3 million figure?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.1

Hey, the 3 million figure has gone up loads now.. we need to include all those (like me) that are not getting a saving in SDLT just because not buying a house now or in the near future. It's outrageous that I was not refunded the tax I paid to buy my house when I did, especially in the light of the millennium bug going around then. A bug is a bug, right? 🤣🤣🤣🤣6

A dead person would be excluded from all the things in the list. So, they could add that dead person in 20 times. They can soon claim 100 million people in the UK are excluded.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. If you watched the questions and answers you can see that he along with the other 8 Protestors might as well have stayed in bed for all the good it did. Questions were asked repeatedly some quite forcibly and everytime met the same response he’s given for months, he’s couldn’t be much more clear. He said repeatedly he’s not going to change his mind, he won’t be changing the schemes and is Looking forward not backwards, seems he views the collateral damage as acceptable.

This forum is to support and help people @dunstonh and the other comedians on this thread if you have nothing supportive or helpful to stay then perhaps visit another thread. It is a valid and important issue. If it wasn't Martin wouldn't have got behind the #ExcludedUK campaign and joined the ExcludedUK All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) which is also represented by over 200 cross party MPs.0

It is not supportive or helpful to give people false hope, and in the majority of individuals who list their situation and state "no help", there is something that could or would be available but the individual, for whatever reason, has decided they don't want that help. Having help available you don't want does not mean there is no help available.
Journalists are often putting weight behind this because it furthers their careers and helps sales - always good to be 'popular'. Much the same for the back-bench and Opposition MPs.6
