Tools Bar Ltd - what's your experience of them?

Hi MSE Gang,
"Long time listener, first time caller" here.
Tools Bar (Woking address) offered the cheapest price I could find online for 12 genuine Brita Maxtra water filters, with free delivery. The website looked decent (you'll have to search for it, because I am an MSE Forum newbie, I am not allowed to post links).
I could find not negative reviews online. Likewise, no positive. I was willing to take a punt, on the basis that I would at least get my money back from my card issuer or Google Pay if it all went wrong.
I placed an order and used Google Pay (Stripe). I got an email update the next day saying the product was 'Preparing for shipment' (presumably, it was doing a last shower, ironing its clothes and checking in the mirror). The money left my account two days after placing my order.
I was prepared to wait 14 days for delivery to my home address. However, I got antsy after about 9 days when I had no further update. I have to admit to sending a slightly snotty message using their web form about this and comparing the lack of updates/delay to every other order I've made during the pandemic - delivered on time or ahead of time, and I've been certainly updated regularly on progress.
Instead of an apology or suchlike, the next email I got was a simple refund. I messaged again, saying that was not what I was looking for, but was happy to take it if that is how they wished to proceed. No reply. No semblance of human interaction throughout this process.
I have now found an even cheaper (and much bigger) outlet for the product, also with free delivery. I have placed an order and it should be ready to collect from a local shop within four days of me ordering.
Last I looked (two days ago), the product was still available on the Tools Bar website. I have told them that I will never order from them again and that I would let other people know of my experience. No response. So far.
What experiences have you lot had - good, bad or indifferent?
Best,
MSM

@JJ_Egan If you are asking how cheap was the price for the 12 genuine Brita Maxtra water filters with Tools Bar, the answer is £44.99 total.
I have got the money back in my account, which is fine. I'd rather not have had the aggro though.
I have now spent £44.87 total, to get the same quantity of the same product from Ozaroo's eBay shop. Also picked up a few Nectar points in doing so. Hopefully, the item will arrive at the shop that I have chosen on Saturday.0 -
