This morning a set of usb powered really really tacky "eBay Fairy Lights" dropped through my letter box:rolleyes: These things are the baddest of bad taste I have ever seem, anyone else received any?:D

On second thoughts should I put them on ebay or would this be incestious? :rotfl:

I am not sure what the criteria is for receiving these - I have received two sets, one for a low scoring buying account, and one for a selling account that I have not used for about a year, but not for my Powerseller account.

I'll stick them in a cupboard, then sell them or silly money next christmas! There is a big market in obsolete eBay memorabilia.

My 3 year old thinks they are great. Arrived this morning, only one set tjough for about 6 accounts.

A few years ago ebay sent me a cardboard box filled with polystrene shell things to my work address, as some kind of advertising gimmick.

I'd been conned into giving my name out over the phone at work and had been stuck on a mailing list for loads of companies and got junk through for all sorts, - my boss left me a snotty note in our office asking me not to get personal stuff sent to work!!!!! Cheers ebay!!!!
