I had a cut and lump on my forhead, I rang my builder who had done the work, he said he would fill the shower tray with filler, no apologies for my injury, the blood was still running down my face when he arrived. I said I wanted a new shower tray, he said not his problems! Any help please

LBA often wakes a vendor up and costs only a stamp .MM has failed to read the OP where the guy refused to replace the shower tray under guarantee or no guarantee .CAB that would be to advise on Consumer Rights >>0
