garden paving complaint

Last year i got my garden refurbished with new paving installed. The landscaper was from Checked And Vetted and gave me a 5 year guarantee.
Recently noticed the paving is cracking and big gaps appearing around the paving. He is refusing to answer any emails or calls despite still being in business for the past 3 months. Appreciate everyone has had or going through a tough time with lockdown, but a reply would have been nice. Any help how I can raise a complaint or what can be done? Thanks.

Are you seeing paving slabs cracking or mortar joints between paving slabs opening up? What do you mean by "big gaps appearing around paving"...

The paving blocks at the side are sinking, thus leaving a gap between the adjoining block- big enough to fit a hand through.xyz123 said:Are you seeing paving slabs cracking or mortar joints between paving slabs opening up? What do you mean by "big gaps appearing around paving"...0 -

Sinking down or moving apart? Was there sand in there that's washed out?
Looks like a 12mm gap? Do you have small hands?

Is it paving material removed or some sticking material like sand etc? In case it is sand or sticking material then it is easy to fix this. I used Polyurethane adhesive to fill my driveway paving cracks but I am not sure about your situation.0

Its moving apart, started earlier in the year and got wider. It is about 1/2 inch gap in some areas. Too wide for sand which would just wash out.Hasbeen said:Sinking down or moving apart? Was there sand in there that's washed out?

Looks like the edging row is falling away due to poor preparation of the sub surface.
Take them all up & relay with a proper foundation.1 -
Looks like the edge course is simply butted up against the lawn which is probably contracted due to dry weather and pulling the edge pavers with it. They probably should've been cemented in place1

I put down concrete base for mine and cemented in. These do not appear to be fixed at all.
But. Short term fix would clear to gap and hit them back with a bit wood and hammer?

The paver only used concrete bevelled on the edging blocks, the sub base did not extend further than the blocks. There is no vehicle traffic over this area. Finally he has agreed to come out to visit the gaps and hopefully correct this. I paid a fortune for this job and it seems like the company dont want much to do with it now.0
