    It almost seems as if the OP's difficulty is with typing rather than spelling per se, given his or her propensity for inserting random letters into otherwise correctly spelled words.  It certainly doesn't follow the usual pattern of poor spelling, which is to attempt to use phonetics to fill gaps in the writer's knowledge.  The words, as typed by the OP, make no phonetic sense, suggesting that the errors come from another source.

    Was your partner paying the premium in instalments? Could the £300 be remainder of the premium owed for the year?

    I would guess the car's a total loss and the full year's premium is due.

    We have had an update and it was sent in error as its an automatic thing. He just has to pay 40 quid for the use of inurance he has used. 

    Sorry about spellings im getting uses to my new phone as layout is different.

    LOL. No problem but once you get "uses" to your new phone please check spelling etc before posting.
