Trying to get a credit note from Easyjey

Myself & husband, and another couple had booked flights to Dubrovnik with EasyJet in September 2019, a month we were due to go my dad was very ill and passed away a day before we were due to go,  through the GP writing a letter EasyJet gave all 4 of us a credit note.
The credit note had to be spent by March, and we had to do the booking by phone to use it, so we purchased flights this September.
I have some health conditions including asthma, and my friend really doesn’t want to go abroad this year. We do want to go to Dubrovnik but the flights aren’t out for next year with EasyJet.
We can’t do anything online as the flight is not showing in my account as it was a telephone booking, we have both tried to get through by phone and spent hours waiting to be connected, we’ve emailed EasyJet with no reply and we’ve tried the webchat which doesn’t answer the question, how can we get through to talk to EasyJet?

What we would like is another credit note so we can book later this year for next, but would they issue a credit note for a booking booked with a credit note? And how can we do this as it’s impossible to contact them?

The flight in Sept will be going unless things get worse by then

Vouchers/refunds are being given for cancelled flights. For flights not yet cancelled, your option is
" If you no longer intend to travel, you can transfer to any other flight with no change fee* up to 14 days before departure by going to manage my bookings >" as you cannot manage online you are likely going to have to persevere on the phone.
Flights for next year - from 1st June - 30th September will be released tomorrow (16th July)
Either look to make the changes when the flights are released or hold off till nearer time of departure before doing anything as the flights may well be cancelled
