confused ISA transfer Help!!

Hello 
I have a cash ISA for 2019/2020 which is 10K and I would like to transfer to a investment ISA for trading 212. I am confused if I am allowed to add more fund to this investment ISA and still count for this year's allowance? Or do I need to open another investment ISA for 2020/2021?

Transfers don't affect what you can do with current year contributions, as long as you use the receiving provider's ISA transfer process, so if you haven't paid anything into an ISA this tax year then you still have your full £20K allowance and have free choice as to where to put it.

So just to make myself clear on this!! I can add 20K on top on 10k in the same investment ISA account and still within allowance for this tax year?

Yes, you can pay £20K of new money into ISAs in any tax year, over and above any money originally paid into ISAs in prior years, provided the latter is kept within the ISA shelter at all times.
