How to contact MyHermes or Hermes lost delivery - Item not delivered and claims form

The phone number on MyHermes is wrong, they say:

We'd recommend calling our customer service team on 0330 333 6556 but you can also contact us by email or web chat.

But if you call that number there's an automated message with their new number: 03308085456
Don't bother wasting time on their automated chat, just call 03308085456 and say your tracking number, they will update you the same info you get from their website but then you'll have an option to ask to speak with a human. 

Ask to speak with a human, be prepared to wait 40 minutes on the queue and then when you finally speak with someone they will send you a claims form over email as they probably lost your item.

Don't use MyHermes or Hermes parcel shop shipping to deliver your items. Specially don't use MyHermes if you are buying anything you really want or an item on ebay or if you do be aware that you might never receive the item.

Let's see how their claim process goes, waiting for them to send the claims form.

No I use them a lot, my nearest parcel shop is literally the petrol station at the end of my street
