Under the Package Travel Regulations, if a package holiday is cancelled by the organiser then they're obliged to refund you in full.0

Thanks esbanker , you confirmed what i was led to believe but they are adamant it's not their responsibility as the flight is still going ahead.0

Did you deffo book a package holiday. What does your paperwork say?An answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

Two things to confirm, may seem like small details, but they are important:
1) Did you definitely book it as a package, at the same time, and pay at the same time? You should have an ATOL certificate if it is a package.
2) Did THEY cancel the holiday? If you cancelled it, then it might change what you're entitled to.

I have the Atol certificate and it says package on it. They cancelled the holiday.0
