Your home looks lovely, I agree with others the garden could do with a good tidy, add some pots with flowers for colour and perhaps paint the shed?If you do drop to £425k this would sit at the Rightmove pricing for their drop-down menu ie 400; 425; 450 etc so would be included in listings where people have put their max price at £425.

Don`t get caught in a garden/pots/photos loop, there are hundreds of threads on here of would be sellers wasting their time tweaking the ad instead of accepting that they are asking too much, and that was before the financial emergency that we find ourselves in. People are primarily looking at size, location and price, and of course the economic backdrop, with banks asking for 15% deposits I think your price is more than a bit bubbly.1
