I'm not sure I'd put web links in the defence, I'd include the relevant parts of the actual document, but I could be wrong.

Exhibits should normally be included with the WS , not web links in a defence , just name the item in the defence and elaborate later

Hi, I did a stupid Newby mistake... I just submitted the defence online and realised that it has cut my arguments because the online submissions limits not only the number of lines but also the length of the lines. Then I remembered that the recommendation is to send the pdf defence by email to ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk.  Do you have a recommendation on how to ammend the previous online submission? Will an email with a small explanation be enough?

Send it as an email attachment now - urgently.

In the email body ask the CCBC if they can kindly accept this version of your Defence and ignore the online submission.

It may work. It may not work because the online submission will almost certainly be accepted automatically. But what have you got to lose by trying?

Otherwise there is a fee of £100 for applying for permission to file a new Defence. Maybe if you are eligible for help with fees that £100 may not apply.

Yes, I've sent the email within the 15 mins... Is really silly because I've already read about the warning to send the .pdf defence by email before... It's hard to remember all the details when this is your first time and you are not legal trained... I realised which weakness this kind of scam targets... Most of us don't have the time to undergo this long process and many people prefer to pay rather than be submitted to the stress and huge amount of work that this implies... Well, let's see how this turns out... Thanks everybody for your help and support... I'll make sure to share the outcome of the Court when it's released...

Sure, It's pretty much the same I've already posted, so to void repetition I'm sending you in private message

You are not finished yet. You have a DQ, WS, and Exhibits still to do. Put dates in your diary to remind you before each deadline and again just before the deadline. Don't miss anything!
Now you have done the defence, you need to start on each of the above well in advance.
Yes, thanks a lot for the advice... I'm trying to find what the deadlines are for these. I was expecting the Witness Statement and Exhibits deadlines to come from the HM Courts & Tribunals Service, but their first mail didn't have any mention of them. Do you know where I can find them? Also, does DQ stands for Discussion & Questions? Maybe it could be added to the list of  Acronyms in the Newbies thread?
