Vodafone Direct Debit

Have just noticed that Voda seem to be still taking a payment for contract they messed up the transfer on about 18 months ago. The number porting never worked and we lost the number. Contract cancelled and we started a new contract with EE. How do i go about reclaiming this money?

Provide the evidence to Vodafone where the contract was agreed to be terminated.

Sounds like they never cancelled the contract and kept it going because the port never went through.
You need to get onto them and find out why you are still paying for something which was surpossible cancelled.
