How to I subscribe to emails to notify me when a topic gets a reply?

Could someone tell me how I get an email notification when someone replies to a topic? I can't find it on this 'new' design. I know what was subscribe is now "bookmark," but I can't see how to get the daily or instant updates of replies.

first click on your profile then edit profile then notification preferences then make your choice.

You should note that there are no daily updates, only instant ones and if I remember rightly, it will be updates of every thread, not just the one that you want. (must check that myself)
