How to I subscribe to emails to notify me when a topic gets a reply?

Could someone tell me how I get an email notification when someone replies to a topic? I can't find it on this 'new' design. I know what was subscribe is now "bookmark," but I can't see how to get the daily or instant updates of replies.

You should note that there are no daily updates, only instant ones and if I remember rightly, it will be updates of every thread, not just the one that you want. (must check that myself)1
