I have tried today to post pics in reply to a thread, I have also tried to post the same pics to the op in a dm, neither of these worked, is there an issue posting pics ?
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

No problem that I can see.
Are you uploading from your own device or is it a cut & paste job from somewhere else?
I always find it is easier to save to my PC then upload it from there using the browse button.2 -
I feel your pain..I'm having the same issue on another site.

I just put pictures on to my desktop, then slide them into the message box with my mouse, like the below (or I can download them straight from a file on my computer). It may depend on what format the pictures are in (mine are generally JPGs)? I believe I wasn't successful in uploading one a while ago (possibly not a JPG).
