They did send the pdf version of the letter and photos. I was expecting the machine records but you've confirmed that they don't have to.

I started editing the defence template and will post the section #17, #18 here for review. My question was more in regards to the email responses I got. If there was anything further I needed to do with the legal firm and park management firm.
