Ok thanks but do we we need to send a letter to the court as per Nosterfous quote? Or just do absolutely nothing at all?

Send. A. Letter. 

I didn't say send a WS. I said send a letter. It's a five minute job and it gets it o record now. Put it FAO the named judge.

Yes I know you did. C-M said don’t send the additional WS as per my original question to which you replied about the letter, so I was asking if she meant I was to sent the letter as you suggested or do nothing, as it wasn’t clear.

Thanks all, I will do the letter. I wanted to get something in writing hence my original  suggestion of the supplementary WS. I suppose the letter to court means that VCS won’t see it either unlike the WS.

Everything you send to the court must also be sent to the other party - and vice versa.
