Flybe refund 120 day rule

Hi Everyone, I have just called my bank to refund / chargeback my Flybe flight payment and have been told I am a few days too late as you only have 120 days in which to claim following the date of administration. Is there any way around this or any leeway as I cannot believe that I can no longer claim just because I am a few days later than the 120 day cut off?
Any advice would be hugely appreciated

When was the flight supposed to be?
According to MSE, the 120 day limit would be from when the flight was supposed to takeoff, not from the date of administration. https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/visa-mastercard-chargeback/#howitworks0 -
It's 120 days from when your transaction went wrong.
The transaction went wrong when Flybe went into administration so bank is correct.0 -

In which case MSE is giving out the wrong information on the link above:Collapsed companyYou book a flight or trip with a firm that then goes bust before you take it. The deadline starts from the date the flight was due to take off or the holiday to start.

Which? seem to agree with MSE that it's 120 days from when the goods/services were due to be delivered https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/how-do-i-use-chargeback#conditions-of-chargeback
Also found that the UK Cards Association says the same. http://www.theukcardsassociation.org.uk/individual/chargeback-for-credit-and-debit-card-purchases.asp
This might not help if your flight was due very soon after Flybe went bust, but could change things if your flight was later.0 -
Different websites seem to be saying different things, so, If it is less than 8 weeks since you were refused Chargeback contact your card provider and ask for a deadlock letter and then go to the Financial Ombudsman Service. If it has been more than 8 weeks since you last heard from your card provider you can go straight to the FOS without a deadlock letter.0
