Help with ongoing PCN

The NEWBIES thread post #4 begs for no posts about DRP and tedious old Zenith. The images there show you they are the same firm.

Now you know it is from DRP, rather than just 'looks like'.
As I said on 13th July...Just ignore debt collectors letters.Who did you complain to at KFC? the local manager? Head office? Or who?
"I've heard back from the restaurant management team and we're sorry to say that they cannot have this fine cancelled for you. They've said there is signs displayed everywhere in the car park about a 90 minute wait only and with the car park being owned by a 3rd party company, they can't overrule them if your appeal has been unsuccessful or if you can no longer appeal."
Useless...0 -
So find out who the landowner or managing agent is and complain to them , which is plan A
Most of these companies lease the units , meaning they are not the landowner , many are franchises and renting or leasing the premises , not the surrounding land1 -

What a shame that you have managed to tarnish my last ever visit to one of your restaurants/franchises. At a time when restaurants, pubs, shops and fast food outlets are crying out for the return of customers, you have chosen to alienate me, my friends and family, who can no longer afford to eat at your establishments now that every visit comes with a £100 surcharge.2 -
So, your complaint moves to the car park owners then - the third party is not the parking firm, they don't own it.

Hi Folks, So amazingly this is still dragging on, I believe we are on the 4th company contacting me now, which is BW legal, nearly 2 years after said ticket.
I have read on the forum about BW legal and decided to email them with the same letter I sent to Premier, regarding failure to comply with POFA due to not sending the necessary hirer documents to me in the required time. Therefore, forfeiting their right to invoke hirer liability.
This is what I have received back:Good Afternoon
Thank you for your recent email, the contents of which have been noted on file.
Whilst we appreciate your comments stating that this matter is not Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 ‘POFA’ compliant, please confirm exactly why you consider this to be the case.
We believe this matter to be POFA compliant.
Please note that this matter does not need to be POFA compliant for you to remain liable as the hirer due to established case law.
I had already stated in the letter why I considered it wasn't POFA compliant, including pointing out the relevant sections!
I have now replied with the relevant exerts from POFA and am awaiting a reply.
Any Advice?

Write bad stuff on their Facebook page, website, and TrioAdvisor. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Any further advice on the post above?
Haven't heard back from them yet and don't think writing bad stuff about KFC is gonna do anything, there's already plenty of those anyway!0 -
Could do with some advice on what to do next here..
Have spoken to BW Legal who are saying "You never asked for the hirer documents, so it's still valid/POFA complaint"!!
I'm guessing this is BS and they have to send them regardless.
KFC are useless, say they can't do anything, trying to find who owns the land.
Have complained to BPA and my MP but it looks like BW are wanting to take to court.
Any help please?0 -
