Just been watching this due to a large investment in IAG and RR, after the US announcement regarding travelling rues, it shot up 10% fascinating.

Even before the news, bids were increasing a few mins before, so someone got the inside news before the FT published it

    https://www.ft.com/content/ed63aca3-baf7-4e6c-90bb-5630cef34c01

However concerns remain regarding IAG's pension deficit. I am relieved they are not having another round of Rights issue, which EZY did and their Share price dropped/ calibrated accordingly.

Further turbulence ahead I expect, today's news is not news directly from IAG, but rather external factors, although welcome for share holders.

I think target price will be around 350-400p within 5 years max. They already diluted their shares earlier last year

THG which was mentioned months ago, has seen a spectacular fall from grace, I invested in this but bailed due to market rotation at no loss. Seems I dodged a further bullet.

Noted SImon Bowler from Numis warned about this 2 weeks ago. Anyone know where one can access these kind of broker reports or are they  inhouse paid only?

Another reason DYOR and individual stocks are higher risk, If you went in at 600, your looking at a significant capital loss now.

RMG is ridiculously undervalued with a current market cap of £4.1bn and revenue of £12bn.

With the news like this you could make an inform decision of the price movement both for Paypal and Pinterest.
When the bid is approved, what will "normally" happen is that.
Paypal share price Drop, Pinterest share price will rise, that is normally the case with M&A.
Some people have speculated already as reflected in the share price movement now even before the bid is approved.

Actually Simon Bowler warned that THG shares were "only" worth £5.20. They are now at £3.17 so anyone who believed his report and bashed the wine gums on THG when they went below £5.20 is nursing a big loss.
These reports are generally available via professional market data services but I wouldn't bother paying for them. They are no more useful than tea leaves. If you'd had access to broker reports 2 weeks ago, how would you have spotted that Simon Bowler's report was the one you should pay attention to (until THG went below £5.20 and it wasn't) and all the other reports were wrong?

Hallo, Tesla (TSLA) haters, especially in this thread. You know who you are.

Tesla wants to have a word you. I am now back to All Time High @US$910.00 (equivalent to US$4,550 before split)

See what Michael Burry is saying and How much short position he had. No wonder he has so much interest of negative publicity against TSLA.
Michael Burry is long puts against 800,100 shares of Tesla or $534 million by the end of the first quarter.
Michael Burry says he’s no longer betting against Tesla and that his put position was just a trade

Oooh Tesla (TSLA) break US$1T market cap. The share price breaks US$1000 (E.g currently US$1017).
Have not we discussed before the EV stock like TSLA, NIO, LUCID,  XPENG, FISKER (FSR), Lion Electric (LEV), Arrival (ARVL) etc will make you rich. It is very simple to see. In the future all of ICE vehicles, cars, Trucks will be replaced by EVs. just count that how many of them are currently on the street will need to be replaced.

Adindas - I invested in Lucid many months ago after your recommendation, and of course doing my own research.  Big jump today 😁

Good to hear that/ Yes today Lucid (LCID) jump 30%. I do not think you will  ever see Lucid in US$20 again. This is not Nikola (NKLA) they have started delivering cars this end of October. They already take off from here.
Other EV Cars that I mention above are also jumping today significanlty.
Also do not forget EV charging station such as Chargepoint (CHPT) which is already mentioned here. US Infrastructure bill is coming soon which will be the major catalyst for EV charging station.

    Earning Season has started
In my personal Observation earning season could become a major catalyst. The stocks will normally plunge and sometimes significantly when they miss the Analysts expectation.
If you have a high conviction stock are dippings, you might want to load the boat and ride it from there. Sometimes it is good to sell it back when they are already profitable before the next earning season.
This is just my personal opinion, please do your own DDs and decide which course of action is the best for you.
