Getting refund from Opodo or airline? Advice needed!

Advice Please!!! I work for the Ministry of Defence on a British Military Base in Cyprus and booked, through Opodo.com, a one off trip to Vienna in May, flying from Larnaca with Laudamotion, returning to Larnaca with Austrian Airlines on Sunday 31st May, at a cost of 335.16 Euros. The flights were cancelled because of Covid 19, Laudamotion (owned by Ryanair) sent a refund claim form to complete, but I was automatically sent to my Opodo account a voucher for Austrian Airlines to be used by 31st January 2021, which I neither requested nor can use in the foreseeable future. I am unable to get through to Opodo on 0207 660 2215 and Austrian Airlines won't deal with me as they say I booked through Opodo. I have put in a complaint with Resolver, what other things can I do?

You are entitled to a refund for the cancelled flights. Many airlines are issuing vouchers automatically but refunds can be claimed if that's what you want.
It's right you do need to go through Opodo as the agent you booked with. If you can't get in touch with them or they won't play ball then you could try a chargeback via your card provider.0 -
