Correct Jenni
There are debt collectors and then we have the rest.
"THE REST" work the private parking industry without a clue what they are doing
Hopefully the new code of practice will will trash these jokers who lie through their teeth
I guess, let them have their fun ... it's now time limited2 -

This is explained in the NEWBIES thread 2nd and 4th posts.
But Joe, if you have further questions you are best advised to start your own thread as trying to deal with the different problems of two different people will certainly lead to confusion.
And to answer your question - yes.3 -

Well, Trace and NCP are being investigated by the BPA now for this misleading letter and job title/department name, and if that doesn’t resolve this then it will be taken further, by me, because this isn’t OK.
Let’s see if they have a supervising solicitor who can lead a ‘Legal Department’ with a ‘Litigation Manager’ shall we? If they have suddenly taken on a supervising solicitor, then that person can be referred to the SRA by this victim, for misleading them about CCJs and failure to follow the pre-action protocol.
This is not acceptable from a bottom feeding self styled PCN Debt crawler. They wanna survive next year under the new framework? They need to clean up their act.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Okay so after posting the picture of my letter I’ve now received this text message, I’m not even sure how they would’ve gotten my phone number to begin with?
