Email the Aldi CEO , explain the saga , give the VRM details and ideally the PCN reference if you have it and insist on a cancellation asap
I hope you took a picture or scanned that now missing PCN ?

Submit a SAR to the DPO of the PPC; this should get you the original PCN but it can take up to 30 days.4
