Have you considered a Dehumidifier instead? They are good for drying washing too, I use one during the winter as like you don't have room for a tumble dryer.

I'd switch to a washer / dryer or getting a heated clothes airer e.g. https://www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-partners-3-tier-heated-indoor-clothes-airer/p2427279. I think Lakeland and Dunelm also do them.
Dehumidifiers are also great but can be bulky/noisy.0
