EBay usually allow an extra day on their delivery estimates so was probably technically in time. I think you were lucky to get your shipping costs refunded and wouldn’t be looking for anything more.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I don’t know what I have done wrong and why you would block me?
I mean, if you have suffered an actual measurable financial loss then you could ask them to reimburse you or you could take them to court I guess.
But it's probably not worth the hassle and stress.0 -
I have made several purchase both online and via bay in the last few weeks, in my experiance retailers are over estimating the delivery date and then delivering well within the timescalesFor example I ordered some bicycle tyres on the 7th July (Tuesday), estimated delivery 13th July (Monday), just received an email, out for delivery, should be with me between 11:00Am and 1:00 PM today0
