I want to buy a small property for my daughter who , with autism, cannot work . Housing association flat hasn’t work as in amongst drug dealers and been threatened. I know she will lose her rent benefit but will she still get personal allowance Benefits and council tax Exemption ?

Are you planning to give it to her, or let her stay there rent free or rent it to her at normal market rent?Council tax rules should be the same, espeially if in same council area (some councils have slightly different rules..)0
