Where’s my refund?

I ordered a mobile phone handset from Quick Mobile Fix at the beginning of April. They didn’t have my chosen handset in stock so I cancelled the order and they assured me I would receive a full refund. They used COVID-19 as an excuse for being short staffed and eventually promised I would receive my full refund by June 22nd. I still haven’t received my refund. Does anyone have any knowledge of this company or any advice for me please. They’ve assured me they’ve issued the refund and some banks are just slow.
