Trying to do the Shell Fibre offer blagged by MSE (ends midnight tonight - 65mb speeds - £125 cashback) - getting an error message
"Your local telephone exchange does not have sufficient capacity to accept new broadband orders right now, please try again in a few hours."
I am currently at my sons house. Is this what's causing the error? Do I have to apply from my home landline? What is going wrong? The offer expires at midnight.

Just been on and was working, only problem it said the 63 Mb is £29.99 per month and that includes the £125 bill credit and not £19,58 like BBU says.
