    Yikes!!!!
Yikes!!!! You surely didn't think they were going to simply forget that your household provides them the opportunity to harvest £1,300?  Reality check time.  Prepare to deal with 2 court cases. Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post, as the more you understand what is likely ahead of you, the better you will be able to deal with it!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Go back to the screen where you found the 'New Thread' button yesterday.

One of the first five threads on the list there is the NEWBIES thread - it's the one with the word NEWBIES in the title.

IMO, that letter is misleading, especially wrt the Beavis case.  If I was you I would complain to the SRA.
