Although a long way into lockdown I am now looking for remote interfacing between computing devices. After using the TeamViewer appeal process, I got an email a couple of weeks later informing me they have 'reset' the account and am now able to use it as a free service again
So worth appealing if you have been incorrectly deemed a business user and been cut off
