NOW tv package problem

I signed up for a NOWTV package from this site. It included 14 extra tv channels on a 12 month contract. The broadband connected no problem. I could not get the tv package. After several hours on the phone and countless chat operators (none of whom knew anything about the tv add-on) I got a manager who wanted to know where this package was listed. They refused to give me the tv package, saying various things, like I have to get the extras from this page!!!!!!????? Eventually they gave me a six month free tv pass as a compromise. So be warned. The NOWtv support is awful and chaotic. Never again.

Link to this package with 14 extra channels please .Previous similar post was no TV channels included in the price but an add on .That looks to be the one showing on MSE BB deals check . Discount for Entertainment passes .Multiple Now TV users will disagree with your comments.0
