Just try getting on their site to make a complaint - its easier getting to talk to Shergar!! I never thought that I could be caught or conned but they have taken 1st prize. Stay away from them at all costs and dont give them your money. I am trying to get mine back via Barclaycard. I paid £71 for this piece of plastic BUT when the product was delivered from China the Customs Declaration showed a total value of £11.97 - yes thats not a typing mistake it showed a value of £11.97! Now I am a great believer in people making a profit but that is extortionate by any stretch of the imagination - even !!!!!! Turpin wore a mask!!

You do realise, don't you, that a lot of foreign sellers will understate the 'value' of their package in the hope of reducing the duty/vat levied upon import?

In other words, it may or may not have a value of £11.97.

Are you saying it doesn't work? Mine works fine as long as you use chilled water.
