Liquid. I have some bars for backup as easier to store. But I doubt they will be ever used. I have extra liquid too. I do't use a sponge and do not have a bath. Also odd liquid the docs prescribed on my face to avoid dryness!45.0

Depends where you're asking about. We use bars at the kitchen and bathroom sinks, but liquid shower gels in the shower/bath.0

I've moved exclusively to bar soap in the past year.

This is the funniest poll I've seen!! Put those results to good use now1

Since we are all more aware of the dangers of plastic use, bars are far better. Work out cheaper, too, as they last ages. The irony is that the pandemic has led to an increase in single use plastic.Member #14 of SKI-ers club
Words, words, they're all we have to go by!.
(Pity they are mangled by this autocorrect!)3 -
A combination. Liquid handsoap is at the 3 sinks in the household. Bar soap is preferred by my husband, teenage daughter doesn't want to use the same bar her Dad has used on his body. At the beginning of lockdown when liquid soap was scarce I bought individual soap dishes for this reason so we could all use our own bar. Shower gel or body wash used in the shower or bath.0

We're totally illogical here so don't fit your poll. I like bar soap for handwashing but use liquid shower gel. DH uses liquid soap for washing his hands but likes a bar for the shower. So we have both in both bathrooms. Make of it what you will. 🤔0

Just as I decided to use more bar soap, to cut down on single use plastics, my OH decided that he prefers liquid soap*! I know it is possible to make liquid from bar soap but 'compromised' by buying liquid soap refills for him, whilst I stick to bars. I have a wire soap dish, so it doesn't go slimy. I've also just started using solid shampoo and conditioner too.
*I'm in my early 60s, he's 70 this year.
(edited typo)It's not difficult!

We use liquid soap in the kitchen, but both prefer bar soap in the bathroom, especially really nice smelling ones. We’re big fans of Nesti Dante Italian soaps, which are gorgeous. OH likes bar soap in the shower as well, as he dislikes the feel of shower gel. I always remember my mother buying Imperial Leather soap because she said it didn’t make as much mess as other soap.1
