Ubereats have duplicated my order and charged me twice, then refused to refund.

Hi. A couple of weeks ago I placed an order using ubereats.
There was no email or text, just a message on the screen saying your order has completed with an estimated delivery time.
My order came, then about 5 minutes later a second order came. Due to social distancing I did not engage with either of the drivers. Both times the order was just left at door.
I saw that a second one had been delivered so went out but the delivery driver was already in his car and drove off as soon as I stepped out.
I immidiately tried to contact Ubereats but only could contact via email. I told them I had been charged twice for 1 order. They replied with, 'An authorization hold is a pending charge placed on your account while we confirm your payment method' and that it would be resolved within a few days. I contacted them again a few days later, to which they replied they are sorry that I mistakenly placed a second order and they can't do anything now.
I checked the order receipts which came with the delivery, the times were 1 minute apart.
It's clearly a system error, which is a fault of their website but they are trying to blaim me.
Can I get this order refunded?

Just what I'd normally do. Waited maybe 30 seconds, im not sure but felt a while. I actually went away from computer for several seconds because it was taking long to load. Came back and it was on the your order is being prepared screen.Grommedinuk said:I think you pressed and refreshed your fault

Thats Fraud.Secondly I didn't eat both orders, I ordered as much as I would normally eat. The second order was left on my doorstep where it stayed for a while as I wasnt expecting it.After I found out it was there I emailed Ubereats and put it my fridge whilst waiting for a reply, to which they said the second charge would be refunded. And said nothing more.By your logic they should be paying me for storing there food in my fridge.0

I'm guessing the food has gone off by now?
